摘要：Esta pesquisa objetivou aprofundar os estudos sobre o tripé cultura, clima e comportamento organizacional para o desenvolvimento da fundamentação teórica de uma tese de doutorado. A estratégia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, que visou identificar os principais trabalhos científicos do mundo relacionados aos temas em referência. O ponto de partida foi a estruturação de uma árvore de palavras-chave, definindo o tema central e os eixos temáticos para iniciar as buscas. A construção da árvore baseou-se na definição das expressões booleanas utilizadas nos três mecanismos de busca: Scopus, ISI Web of Knowledge e Science Direct , todos vinculados aos periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior. No final do processo de pesquisa, selecionamos e catalogamos os documentos encontrados através da criação de um portfólio. A fim de analisar cuidadosamente os resultados da pesquisa bibliográfica, quatro etapas foram estruturadas para filtrar os achados, escolhendo, assim, os melhores e mais significativos artigos. A estratégia aplicada permitiu o levantamento da literatura para o desenvolvimento da fundamentação teórica.
其他摘要：This research aimed to deepen studies on the tripod culture, climate and organizational behavior for the development of the theoretical foundation of a doctoral thesis. The strategy used was the bibliographical research, which aimed to identify the main scientific works of the world related to the themes in reference. The starting point was the structuring of a keyword tree, defining the central theme and the thematic axes to start the searches. The construction of the tree was based on the definition of the Boolean expressions used in the three search engines: Scopus , ISI Web of Knowledge and Science Direct , all linked to the periodicals of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel. At the end of the research process, we select and catalog the documents found by creating a portfolio. In order to carefully analyze the results of the bibliographic research, four steps were structured to filter the findings, thus choosing the best and most significant articles. The applied strategy allowed the survey of the literature for the development of the theoretical foundation.
