摘要:Selection of a proper construction site is of majorimportance, as practice is intrinsically collaborative, within knowledge-rich and multi-functional workingenvironments. Success of a construction site selection is an concept. It highly determines whether a project isa success or a failure. The information required for a givensite varies considerably according to the size andimportance of the designed building, its location, andwhether the facilities to be provided are in an unmappedarea or just mere extensions of existing facilities. Differentmethods for the solution of problems are known. Decisiontheory usually analyses decision-making processes fromplayer’s point of view, while game theory emphasizes itsanalysis in the interaction among many players. Much ofthe game theory is concerned with finite, discrete games, which have a finite number of players, movements, events, outcomes, etc. This research presents the theory of the twopersonzero-sum games with a practical example. Thisresearch shows that the applications to construction siteselections can be provided and the game theory can beapplied for the supporting decision in a competitiveenvironment.
