摘要：Outsourcing is getting its speed in today‘s quickly changing economic environment. Companies compete for customers, revenue, market share with products and services that meet customer’s needs and they are more than ever interested in outsourcing. Even though Business Process Outsourcing has almost twenty years’ experience, companies are still facing the issue: which functions should be given to third party and which are to be kept in-house.
