摘要:This paper explores the phenomenon of destructive leadership using the historical case study of the feud between the Hatfields and McCoys. The characteristics of destructive leadership as well as the consequences of this leadership style are reviewed, examined and analyzed. Utilizing a case from history to shine light on a contemporary problem, this paper will provide insight into identifying the characteristics of destructive leadership and raise awareness for future research into this important topic.
