标题：“Niños sanos para el progreso pampeano”. Las políticas de protección de la salud infantil en el Territorio Nacional de La Pampa en la primera mitad del siglo XX
摘要：This paper aims at analyzing the concrete impact of health and welfare policies conceived at the national level for the protection of children in an area of the Argentinean interior, La Pampa. The creation of institutions to protect certain sectors, considered vulnerable, children and mothers, allow to study the scope and limits of state actions, especially for the case of the National Territory of La Pampa. The Censuses, Governor's Memoirs, Memoirs of the Maternity and Childhood Directorate, the Medical Press, and the Maternal and Child Health Center staff records show a network of actors and practices that constitute the institutional structure of child care nationally and locally.
