摘要：En los países desarrollados, la innovación ha sido considerada una herramienta para mejorar sus niveles de productividad. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue analizar el comportamiento de las variables importantes de la innovación en México y Colombia en el período 1995-2015, en relación a la productividad. Metodológicamente el estudio realizó un análisis del estado del arte de la innovación en México y Colombia mediante el uso de bases de datos internacionales y una contrastación teórica y estadística. La estadística descriptiva y la inferencia estadística fueron necesarias en este estudio. Los resultados muestran el estado real y los lentos progresos en términos de innovación de los dos países estudiados. El documento concluye y expone el menor desempeño en innovación de Colombia frente a México, en un período de veintiún años.
其他摘要：In developed countries, innovation has been considered a tool to improve their productivity levels. The objective of the present work was to analyze the behavior of the most important variables of innovation in Mexico and Colombia in the period 1995-2015in relation to productivity. Methodologically, the study carried out an analysis of the state of the art of innovation in Mexico and Colombia through the use of international databases and a theoretical and statistical comparison was made. Descriptive statistics and statistical inference were necessary in this study. The results show the real state and the slow progress in terms of innovation of the two countries studied.The document concludes showing and exposes Colombia's low performance against Mexico, in the analyzed period of twenty-one years.
