摘要：La presente investigación tiene por objeto analizar los casos en que el Estado de Chile ha sido condenado por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, el alcance de los derechos que se estimaron vulnerados, las medidas de reparación impuestas y el estado de cumplimiento de las mismas para, finalmente, determinar las circunstancias o factores que han dificultado o impedido la completa ejecución de las sentencias emanadas de la Corte.
其他摘要：This research focuses on the cases when the State of Chile has been convicted by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the scope of the rights that have been infringed, the imposed compensation measures and the state of their fulfillment to, finally, determining the circumstances or factors that have stopped or prevented the complete execution of the decisions given by the Court.
