  • 摘要:Business intelligence systems (BIS) play an important role in organizations through enabling managers and decision-makers to make accurate, timely and relevant decisions to increase the productivity and profitability of their organizations. To be able to consolidate resources, the prioritization of critical success factors (CSFs) need to be determined. This study articulated sixteen CSFs of BIS based on the previous researches and classified them into four categories. To find out their relative priorities, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) has been used. Twelve BI experts were asked to pairwise rank the success factors of business intelligence system to conclude that organizational and technological should be the top priority for BIS projects. In addition, that top management support, proper BI vendor selection and adequate resources availability are more important than the other thirteen factors.
