  • 摘要:User authentication verifies that a user is a legitimate user. Such security is essential. As the Internet of Things (IoT) continues to develop, user authentication has become critical. In an IoT environment, many interconnected devices share data. Such devices can form small or large groups and communicate with outside groups. With a group, a leader communicates with followers such as smart devices. If a group is large, the group leader incurs a very large operation overhead in terms of secure communication. When multiple devices request simultaneous communication, many sessions must be authenticated, and keys provided. Here, we propose an XOR-based group authentication technique enabling group leaders to perform authentication and key exchange very quickly, and a CRT-based group authentication technique that can be used when data are less distributed.
