摘要：This is study is an exploration into the perception of privacy among various age groups. The study utilized a qualitativeapproach with focus groups and one-on-one interviews. There was a total of 20 participants between the ages of 18and 63. The data revealed four recurring themes: (1) Young adults were less concerned with companies having theirinformation than older adults, (2) All study participants take precautions to protect privacy, (3) All subjects have aconsistent misunderstanding of technology and online privacy, and (4) All participants displayed a lack of knowledgebut desire to know more about privacy rights.
