摘要:The purpose of this research is to determine the levels of anxiety and readiness to change of school administrators. In the survey conducted, the data were obtained from 77 school administrators working in Adıyaman province during 2017-2018 academic year. According to findings, it is determined that school administrators are ready to change and managerial anxiety levels are higher than normal. It has been suggested that managerial anxiety be reduced and administrators be empowered as leaders of change.
