摘要：In this study compares the statistics of judicial proceedings in Turkey between 2006 and 2015 and with data of the year 2017 the mediation statistics. In Turkey, 53% of the disputes reached resolve by mediation are resolved in less than a day. In Turkey, 40% of the disputes resolved by mediation are resolved in one day, 3% in between one day and one week, and 4% for more than a week. In 2017, mediation practices resulted in an agreement of 13093 (93%) out of 14139 files. This result shows how successful mediation practices are in dispute resolution.
