摘要：This paper introduces the general theory of water-based fire extinguishing agents, summarizes current status of application in using water-based extinguishing agents in real scenario. This paper aims at elaborating literature review of current technical documentation and test data regarding fire performance assessment of water-based fire extinguishing agents on electric fires based on emerging products available. This paper also mentioned the need for future empirical study for fire test method and evaluation method.
