摘要：Esta pesquisa teve como proposta compreender a atuação de conselheiros tutelares e a atividade do Conselho Tutelar, em relação às suas práticas de atendimento. O conselheiro tutelar é o profissional responsável pelo atendimento de crianças e adolescentes em situação de risco e violação de seus direitos. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi identificar as dificuldades e necessidades relatadas pelos conselheiros tutelares em relação a suas práticas cotidianas. Compreender se a ausência do profissional de psicologia constitui uma dificuldade nas práticas dos conselheiros tutelares e investigar se existe importância para atuação de um psicólogo dentro dos Conselhos Tutelares. A análise foi feita por meio do método oral. Deste modo, foi possível compreender que existem obstáculos que transpõem o dia a dia de conselheiros tutelares, em evidência estão às dificuldades nos atendimentos e a fragilidade de se posicionar como figura principal nos casos.
其他摘要：The purpose of this research was to understand the role of guardianship counselors and the activity of the Guardianship Council in relation to their care practices. The guardian counselor is the professional responsible for attending children and adolescents at risk and violation of their rights. The objective of this research was to identify the difficulties and needs reported by guardianship counselors in relation to their daily practices. To understand if the absence of the professional of psychology constitutes a difficulty in the practices of the tutorial advisers and to investigate if there is importance for the action of a psychologist within the Guardianship Council. The analysis was done by oral method. Thus, it was possible to understand that there are obstacles that transpose the day to day of guardianship counselors, the higher difficulties encompass in the attendances and the fragility of positioning itself as main figure in the cases.
