摘要：El presente artículo tiene como finalidad estudiar la historia de la justicia y el derecho en México de 1841 a 1857. En tal periodo se gestaron los mecanismos jurídicos que posteriormente combatieron dos de los pilares de la justicia de antiguo régimen (el amplio arbitrio judicial con el que contaban los jueces y el pluralismo normativo) a través de dos exigencias: la fundamentación de las sentencias y la exacta aplicación de la ley.
其他摘要：The purpose of this article is to study the History of Justice and the Law in Mexico from 1841 to 1857. In this period, the legal mechanisms that later fought two of the pillars of the old Regime Justice (the Broad Judicial discretion with which judges and normative pluralism) were developed through two requirements: The baseline of sentences and the exact application of the law.
