摘要:Psychological climate in modern conditions of society as a psychological neoplasm in the team, reflecting the emotional and psychological state of the workforce, has a significant impact on the performance of the organization's staff - their job satisfaction, the efficiency of using their own potential and attitude to work. The author presents the results of an ascertaining experiment to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and the psychological climate in a work collective. The study involved 30 people - employees of the sales department: 12 men and 18 women aged from 25 to 44 years. Work experience in the company ranges from one to five years. To establish the closeness of the relationship between the indicator of job satisfaction and the psychological climate in the team, the Spearman rank correlation coefficient was calculated. The obtained experimental data indicate the dependence of the level of job satisfaction on the psychological climate - with an increase in psychological climate indicators, the indicators of job satisfaction increase.
