摘要：The article is devoted to the problem of the absence of the unified defects classification within the multipurpose technical test of buildings and constructions on the territory of the Russian Federation. It draws attention to the significance of detected faults finding and their risks in the case of the further building usage. The extract from the authorial Defects Classification created for inspection of bearing structures of large-panel, monolithic and brick buildings is given in the article to demonstrate the ways of examining the above mentioned constructions.
