摘要:The aim of this paper is to develop a methodological approach that allows an organization to use the concept of open innovation in its activity. As a result of the study, an algorithm for developing and implementing an open innovation model was formed, principles and quality indicators of companies’ openness to innovation were structured, a mechanism for assessing and increasing the level of openness of a company to innovation was developed, and an approach to determine the correlation between coefficients of openness to innovation and economic indicators of company performance was proposed.
