摘要:A shared culture for change can be achieved if there is a shared set of values which requires a shared paradigm for the exchange of research findings, assessment tools, design principles and a shared language. Systems theory, often referred to as complex adaptive system theory, may provide the framework for increased cooperation and collaboration for the development of integrated care. In this workshop we want to share knowledge and applied science of systems theory as one of the necessary elements of a culture for change. Programme outline. 10 min Welcome and introductions Dr. Roelof Ettema 20 min Complex adaptive systems characteristics and examples Marlou de Kuiper 40 min World café set up. Chairpersons are well suited to chair these discussion rounds with change every 10 min for the discussion of four statements: a complex adaptive care perspective contributes to designing care systems which are flexible and needs-oriented a complex adaptive care perspective contributes to self-organizing care systems which are democratic, inclusive and cost-effective a complex adaptive care perspective contributes to positive health/better self-management if integrated care is to become a success, a paradigm shift from a lineair to a systems perspective is required Dr. Roelof Ettema Marlou de Kuiper Ferdy Pluck Dr. Anneke de Jong 20 min Discussion of main findings and future plans.
