摘要:This study sought to compare the perceptions of managers and people with disabilities (PwD) about the processes of insertion and inclusion of PwD within an agricultural cooperative organization of southern Minas Gerais. For this, the data were collected through semi-structured interviews with five PwD and three managers that currently working in a cooperative company in the south of Minas Gerais. The data collected were analyzed through Discourse Analysis. The results evidenced the influence that the conception of the leaders on disability exercises on the organizational practices, configuring, in this case, as a hindrance for the inclusion of PwDs in the organizations. Although managers consider the company as inclusive, the results have been antagonistic to what is meant by an inclusive company. In addition, the identification of managers with the normality matrix influences organizational practices, which only give PwD the responsibility for their inclusion.
