摘要:The maturity of human resource has become a key factor in judging the outsourcing capability of enterprises. In this research, based on the analysis of previous research results, a analytic hierarchy process is used to build a P-CMM model. Specifically, the human resources outsourcing of Company A is selected as the empirical study object. According to the study results of Company A, the direction of human resources outsourcing is developed, and an improvement plan is formulated.
