摘要：The article is devoted to identifying the features of application the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) when choosing the modernization strategies to thermal power plant (TPP) subsystems and convert TPP into an energy technological complex (ETC). Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of alternative energy projects are presented. It is shown that the use of optimization methods makes it possible to reduce the influence of the subjectivity of the decision maker (DM) at the upper levels of the hierarchy. The method of parallel hierarchies is proposed, which allows in one model to take into account the influence of non-subordinate tasks and problems of energy production.
