摘要:Research explores the attributes of the bread store, a case study @BreadtalkIndo twitter. There is 557 tweet dataset extracted from @BreadtalkIndo; further analysis findings show there are eight themes, most of the themes related to the product, promotion, and place @BreadtalkIndo. This finding shows that @BreadtalkIndo twitter utilized for further marketing mix optimization.
