其他摘要:The objective of this article research was to evaluate the effectiveness of the management of interpretation of Thai art established in Suvarnabhumi Airport. The area where the research was conducted was the departure terminal of Suvarnabhumi Airport. The researcher studied the management of interpretation of Thai art in Suvarnabhumi Airport in 3 aspects: information management, presentation management, and experience management. The art studied includes 12 guardian giants, the sculpture of the churning of the ocean of milk, the golden busabok, and Thai pavilions. The sample group is the foreign passengers who use the services at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The group was obtained through specific sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire, with 410 respondents. Population size was determined by calculation according to the theory of (Yamane, 1973), and a Likert scale, representing opinions of the lowest to the highest levels, was also employed. The results of data analysis found that: 1. Information management, the opinions were at a low level ( = 2.26), 2. Presentation management, the opinions were at a moderate level ( = 2.67), and 3. Experience management, the opinions were at a moderate level ( = 2.97). Regarding the data analysis results, it can be reflected that Information management is the least effective, compared with other two aspects of management, and requires improvement in order to create the most efficient management of interpretation.
