摘要:This article describes the main types of agro-industrial organizations competitive strategies. Competitive strategists now are the most important component, it is impossible to imagine modern market relations without it. No organization can achieve superiority over its competitors. To get closer to this goal, it is necessary to correctly set priorities and develop a special strategy, show the strengths of the organization's activities, increase its intensity of activity and strengthen its competitive position in the market. A special place has the competitive advantage achieved by the organization, which is characterized by a special advantageous position among competitors in the competitive struggle and an individual approach to attracting consumers. The key to the successful functioning of any organization is built on these characteristics.
