摘要：The article is devoted to the topical issue of formation and development of creative activity of younger students in teamwork. The problem of education is one of the Central in pedagogy, it has its own characteristics due to each national community, public education, and depends on the request of society. Modern Ukrainian pedagogical thought in its views on education is based on the "Concept of a new Ukrainian school", personality-oriented training, pedagogy of cooperation, humanity and culture of human relations, spiritual and moral education in the context of the culture of the native people and so on. The problem of education of the person lies in the plane of research and psychology. It examines aspects such as personal development and the factors that influence it. The problem of education is extremely important, because the personality itself, its spiritual life is wider and deeper than politics and society, and therefore salvation and satisfaction should be sought not only in society, but primarily in personal self-determination. Social principles and relations should not be an absolute goal, but should be necessary and permanent means of spiritual and moral education. This process, and especially such dangerous manifestations as aggression, disrespect, irresponsibility, and disrespect for the older generation, cannot leave indifferent the pedagogical society.
