摘要:We read with great interest the study by Jorgenson et al. (1), which demonstrated that genetic variation in the SIM1 locus is associated with erectile dysfunction (ED). This large and ethnically diverse genome-wide association study (GWAS) provides strong evidence for the significance of rs17185536 in SIM1 with ED risk. However, we highlight some concerns.
