摘要：Emergencies range from unexpected injuries to natural disasters. Populations with access and functional needs are more likely than other populations to experience adverse health outcomes during an emergency. The three-county Appalachian District Health Department engaged a collaborative array of community partners to build an all-inclusive, all-hazards emergency plan.
