摘要：The author presents the color diagram of an aortic aneurism, a previously unknown work by the Puerto Rican painter Francisco Oller. It illustrates a manuscript clinical report by the French physician Henri Dumont, prepared in Puerto Rico between 1867 and 1871 and sent to the Royal Academy of Medicine in Madrid. Both authors, the painter trained in Madrid and Paris and the physician-researcher in tropical areas, base their work on the study of local conditions, in dialogue with international professional networks.
