摘要:This study aims to investigate the jobcrafting and organizational identification levels of sport managers. The study was designed in descriptive and correlational survey model. The sample group consisted of 121 sport managers, distributed as 52 female and 69 male, who work at Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in Manisa and İzmir selected with convenience sampling model which is a non-random sampling. “JobCrafting Scale” developed by Tims et al., (2012) adapted intoTurkish by Akın et al., (2014) and “Organizational Identification Scale” developed by Mael and Ashforth (1992) and adapted into Turkish by Tüzün (2006) were used as data collecting tools. In the statistical analysis of data, t test, correlation and regression analysis were applied in independent groups for the data showing parametrical distribution. As a result of the study, a significant difference, in favor of single sport managers in reducing constraining job requirements, which is a subscale of Jobcrafting Scale. It is observed that the increase in levels of organizational identification of sport managers also increases jobcrafting, and it is found that social job subscale of jobcrafting has a significant impact on the determination of organizational identification. As a consequence, it can be said that being single as a sport manager as well as their organizational identification levels have a significant impact on jobcrafting. In the light of these results, it is suggested that organizational identification levels of sport managers should be increased by considering management style, forms of training personnel, feedbacks of managers and other personnel, proactive participation of personnel in social projects more; thus, increase in productivity of sport organizations can be achieved.
