摘要：In this text we focus on the café Suizo in Madrid, which was inaugurated in 1845. Critics of the time welcomed its opening with great praise, insisting in particular on the luxury of its installation. It was founded by the company Francisco Matossi, Bernardo Fanconi and company -that under the same name of Suizo had others in several cities- in one of the main roads, in the street of Alcalá, corner with the Ancha de Peligros. It was one of the busiest cafes and hosted famous gatherings. With his disappearance, in 1919, he took with him many stories of life in Madrid.
