摘要：In this article we will discuss what we call “hybrid prison interface institutions” from two separate surveys, one conducted at a Hospital for Custody and Psychiatric Treatment (HCTP) and one at a detention center for adolescents in conflict with the prison. law. Hybrid institutions that interface with the prison are those that, from their conception, articulate the jail with other non-prison institutions, such as the school and the hospital, which allows punishing individuals considered as inimitable or semi-inimputable. Through empirical cases we discuss the supposedly non-prison opening of these institutions, which, because they occur only in a ceremonial way, guarantee legitimacy in face of the demands of society, even if guided by a security logic.
