摘要:This article presents the results of a research whose objective was to analyze the evolution and management of the Student Assistance activities in UnirG, in the last 5 (five) years, aiming to propose to the future management interventions to improve the assistance to students with vulnerability to university dropout. It is a case study, carried out from documentary and bibliographical research, with a qualiquantitative approach, conjugated with principles of the dialectical method, when considering the complementary opposites concepts: permanence-dropout. Although the results point to management investments with the creation of several Student Assistance programs, they do not work in an integrated way, do not have management of a specific department and work in a disjointed way, do not share their plans or results. It is concluded that improvements are necessary, especially in the monitoring and evaluation of Student Assistance actions in the institution.
