  • 摘要:The article describes the stage-by-stage implementation of the program of psychological support of cadets and students, as well as employees, first hired, during the period of professional training in educational institutions of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. The content of the program is revealed through a set of measures of psychological work, which includes: the initial stage of professional training; adaptation of students to the conditions of training and career; development of personal and professional qualities; psychological preparation for independent performance of official duties. In conclusion, the author emphasizes the importance of the historical, organizational and methodological analysis carried out in the first part of the article, due to the need to search for promising models of the organization and functioning of psychological work units in educational organizations in order to train highly qualified specialists of law enforcement agencies..
