  • 摘要:This article describes how the issue of access to higher education for people with severe visual impairment is addressed at the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University. The main difficulties experienced by students of this category are revealed, and ways to overcome them are given. The classification of the forms of presentation of educational information available without visual control is given and typhlotechnical devices that allow converting information into these forms are described..
