摘要：Le terme « éducation à l’environnement » revêt plusieurs dimensions. Selon Quintas, l’éducation dans le domaine environnemental permet une transformation individuelle qui aboutit à une conduite responsable envers l’environnement 1 . L’éducation à l’environnement permet de se transformer pour transformer . Par suite, la transformation individuelle qui découle de l’implication du sujet dans un projet collectif tend à la construction de pratiques sociales plus écologiques : se transformer tout en transformant . C’est l’approche principalement retenue dans le cadre de notre étude. Une approche critique de l’éducation à l’environnement où la construction d’un processus démocratique et autonome de gestion de l’environnement amène les participants à être reconnus « comme des individus historiquement déterminés, construits et construisant une action politique visant à la transformation de la société » 2 .
其他摘要：This article aims to analyze the concession process of the Paineiras/Corcovado sector of the Tijuca National Park and its impact on the inhabitants of the neighboring favelas (Cerro-Corá, Guararapes and Vila Cândido) which, for a long time, provide services Tourists to those who come to visit the site of Christ the Redeemer. First, it seeks to contextualize the concession of the Paineiras/Corcovado sector in the broader context of the process of concession the environmental goods throughout the country, and more specifically in Rio de Janeiro within the process of urban marketing directed towards the reception of mega-events (World Cup football, Olympic Games). Then, it analyses the impact of the concession on the practices of the inhabitants of the neighboring favelas. Finally, it will analyze the forms of political mobilization of the inhabitants using, mainly, the follow-up of the meetings of the Technical Chamber of Environmental Education of the Tijuca National Park where a large part of the conflicts over the concession was exposed. Environmental education has played a central role in the organization of residents and in mediation of conflicts. Participatory management of Conservation units therefore requires the consolidation of democratic spaces where participation and social control can exist. Environmental education, as an integrative and emancipator tool, can create a debate between local practices of affected residents, conservation requirements and the interests of the tourism market.
