  • 摘要:This article aims to identify the different aspects of training and the knowledge of professional teacher training that is built from university learning practices, in a new context, such as the Institutional Program of Initiatives for Teaching (Pibid). The research subjects are 233 graduates who belonged to the 13 undergraduate courses of a public university in the State of Paraná. The research is qualitative in nature and the data were organized and interpreted from the methodological procedures of the Content Analysis from which it was possible to identify seven categories that represent the formation in the Pibid context for these graduates. Based on the concepts of teacher knowledge and reflective teacher, and considering the importance of the relationships built in this context, our results show that the Pibid context allowed the researched graduates to reflect on their own practice, reflecting their professional development teacher, through the construction of some knowledge identified in the different training courses developed during the construction of teaching knowledge.
