摘要：RESUMEN Se evalúa cómo el nivel de gestión de riesgos económicos, ambientales y sociales contribuyen a la sostenibilidad en un destino turístico cubano, a través de indicadores específicos y un índice agregado. Se calcularon los indicadores seleccionados para la gestión de riesgos y el índice agregado Nivel de Gestión de Riesgo en el Destino Turístico (NGRDT) evaluando su comportamiento. Fueron utilizadas varias herramientas, tales como: trabajo en grupo, entrevistas al personal, consulta de documentos, método de ordenación simple, método de expertos, las cuales le ofrecen soporte científico a la investigación. Finalmente, se obtuvo que la gestión de riesgo en el destino estudiado, según la escala utilizada, se encuentra en un nivel medio a partir de lo cual se definió un plan de mejoras para elevar el desempeño de la gestión de riesgo en el destino turístico.
其他摘要：ABSTRACT It is assessed how the level of management of economic, environmental and social risks contribute to sustainability in a Cuban tourist destination, through specific indicators and an aggregate index. The indicators selected for risk management and the aggregate index Level of Risk Management in the Tourist Destination (NGRDT) were calculated, assessing their behavior. Several tools were used, such as: group work, staff interviews, document consultation, simple management method, expert method, which offer scientific support to the research. Finally, it was obtained that the risk management in the studied destination, according to the scale used, is at an average level from which an improvement plan was defined to increase the performance of the risk management in the tourist destination.
