摘要:A bioflocculant-producing bacterium isolated from activated sludge, named B3, was identified as Klebsiella sp. The bioflocculant produced by B3 was named MBFB3. The main component of MBFB3 was glycoprotein analyzed by IR. The water quality of sewage and the rate of sludge dewatering were increased after treating with MBFB3, indicating the bioflocculant has a wide application prospect in the sewage biological treatment.
