摘要:The article is about a complex approach based on the method of analyzing hierarchies and using of fuzzy logics for assessment of risks deals with innovations in coal mining industry. This approach allows evaluating both quantitative and qualitative risk indicators of compared alternative innovative projects, does not depend on a field of expertise, thus it makes possible to attract specialists with competencies in various fields of knowledge. Such kind of approach allows making a qualitative assessment of the situation on the basis of formalized logical conclusions, making decision making comfortable and accessible to any specialist. The proposed methodology is implemented as part of a decision support system.
