摘要:The system of value orientations determines the content direction of the personality and forms the basis of its views on the world around, towards other people, towards oneself, the basis of world outlook, the core of motivation and the "philosophy of life". Value orientations are considered as the most important component of the internal structure of the personality. They provide stability and continuity of its behavior and activities, are reflected in the worldview, moral ideas, principles and beliefs. The author presents the results of a psychological-pedagogical experiment to study the dynamics of students' value orientations in the process of teaching in a pedagogical university and determining the possibility of optimizing the process of developing an individual system of value orientations through targeted psychological impact and training. Under the influence of such training, there is a change in the subjects' perceptions of values related to future life and professional activity. The study involved 58 people - students of 3 and 4 courses. The methods of “Value Orientations” by M. Rokich, the value questionnaire of S. Schwartz, the methods of “Diagnosis of the real structure of value orientations of a personality” by S.S. Bubnova. The data obtained indicate that the system of value orientations of students has a dynamic nature, and the formation of value orientations of students is one of the most important tasks of training a specialist..
