摘要：Resumen: Este artículo presenta los resultados y el análisis de dos cuestionarios aplicados en el marco del proyecto Mujer e InGeniería: sembrando experiencia, financiado por el Programa Explora de la Comisión Nacional de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica de Chile (CONICYT) y adjudicado por el Programa Comunidad InGenio del Instituto Sistemas Complejos de ingeniería (ISCI). El objetivo del estudio fue conocer los cambios de percepción en relación a los estereotipos que tenían niñas en etapa escolar sobre la figura del/a ingeniero/a que se desempeña profesionalmente en Chile y, además, las acciones laborales que realiza. Todo ello mediante una investigación acción que permitió evidenciar cambios en la percepción de las participantes, hacia una mirada más social e integral respecto a esta disciplina, sus quehaceres y sus actores. No hubo grandes modificaciones relacionadas con estereotipos de género, pero existió una visión alentadora en relación a las oportunidades de las mujeres en la ciencia, lo que posibilita incentivar a niñas para estudiar carreras de ingeniería.
其他摘要：Abstract: This article presents the results and analysis of two questionnaires applied in the context of the project Woman and Engineering: sowing experience which was financed by the Explora Program of the National Commission of Scientific and Technological Research (CONICYT), and implemented by the Ingenuity Community Program of the Complex Engineering Systems Institute (ISCI). The objective of the study was knowing the changes in perception related to stereotypes that girls used to have during their school years about the figure of an engineer who works professionally in Chile, and the type of work that she performs. The data was obtained through an action research that allowed to evidence the changes in the perception of the participants toward a more social and integrative view regarding this discipline, its chores and its actors. There were no big changes related to gender stereotypes, but there was an encouraging view related to opportunities for women in science, which allows to motivate girls to study engineering careers.
