摘要：O objetivo deste trabalho é discutir a atuação do psicólogo residente que, orientado pela teoria psicanalítica, exerce sua prática no ambulatório de pediatria de um hospital universitário. Para tanto, faremos uma breve leitura histórica do nascimento do hospital como instituição médica e das transformações propostas pelo SUS nesse tipo de dispositivo. Discutiremos a inserção da psicanálise nesse quadro, bem como traremos fragmentos clínicos de atendimentos com crianças. Interessa-nos abordar as contribuições e a singularidade da psicanálise na "prática entre vários" nos dispositivos do SUS. Neles, a dimensão ética da psicanálise torna-se também política e evidencia-se na sustentação dos vazios de saber como possibilidade de movimento, de novos discursos nas instituições.
其他摘要：This paper aims to discuss the practice of a resident psychologist, whose work is guided by psychoanalytic theory, who practices in the pediatric outpatient clinic of a university hospital. To that end, we will start with a brief historical review of the emergence of the hospital as a medical institution, and the changes proposed by the Brazilian National Health System (SUS) regarding this type of facility. We will discuss the integration of psychoanalysis into this framework, as well as introduce clinical fragments regarding children's care. We are interested in discussing the contributions and singularity of psychoanalysis as it relates to the "practice made up of many different parts" motto at the SUS facilities. At these facilities, the ethical dimension of psychoanalysis also becomes political, as is evidenced by the sustenance of gaps in knowledge as an opportunity for movement, and for new discourses in institutions.
