摘要：In this paper, the artificial boundary method foranisotropic problems in semi-infinite strips is investigated. Theexact and approximate boundary conditions on a segmentartificial boundary are given. Finite element approximations areapplied to the problem in a bounded computational domain anderror estimates are obtained. Finally, some numerical examplesshow the effectiveness of this method.
