摘要：Knowledge Management System (KMS) is a system that applies and uses Knowledge Management (KM) principles. KM implementation in XYZ Indonesia is performed with requirement analysis, then the system is build using application service which is close source. The method that is used for this KM analysis is SECI method. The analysis and implementation of KM system show a positive result in the creation of knowledge culture from knowledge sharing. From this result it is expected for the company that will implement the KM system can use this as a reference.
