摘要：1877–1878 Osmanlı Rus Savaşı/93 Harbi, 1856 Paris Antlaşması’ndan sonra yayılmacı bir politikasını devam ettiren Rusya’nın, Şark Meselesi kapsamında Osmanlı Devleti’nin tasfiyesinde üstünlüğü ele geçirme çabası sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır. Kafkas ve Balkan cephelerinde süren savaşla birlikte girilen siyasî ve ekonomik türbülans ise savaş sonrasında Osmanlı Devleti’nin Rus istilasına uğrayan pek çok yerinde olduğu gibi Edirne Vilayeti’nde de önemli dönüşümleri beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Osmanlı Devleti’nin savaş ile birlikte sınırları değişen ve ağır kayıplar yaşayan Edirne Vilayeti’ni tekrar ayağa kaldırmak için atmış olduğu bir dizi adımlara yer verilecektir.
其他摘要：The Russo-Turkish War of 1877–78 broke out due to Russia's pursuit of expansionist policies after the Treaty of Paris in 1856 and its efforts to seize power in the liquidation of the Ottoman Empire within the scope of the Eastern Question. Political and economic turbulence due to armed conflicts on Caucasian and Balkan fronts brought about post-war significant transformations in the province of Edirne, as in many of the Ottoman lands invaded by Russia. The aim of this study is to evaluate the steps taken by the Ottoman Empire to rebuild the province of Edirne, the borders of which changed and suffered heavy losses during the war.
