摘要：The purpose of this research work is to highlight the contribution that walking football can make to fightagainst sedentary lifestyle and educate to the movement, in any person and at any age. This physical andsports activity, even if in Italy it has spread only in the last few years, is showing its value both from aphysical and socio-educational point of view. In fact, through a mainly playful and relatively competitiveexpression, it aims at positively stimulating both corporeality and relational sphere.
