  • 摘要:Easy to use, but difficult to understand and master, technology leaves its mark in almost everyfield of our contemporary society. Commerce is one of the most widespread concepts in history,being the bedrock of human evolution through its various forms and practices. Combining thetwo will help humanity reach new heights in terms of online trading and understandingcustomer needs. The need for face to face interaction between the buyer and the supplier hasbeen completely removed with the emergence of e-commerce and the development of ecommerceplatforms. Influenced by both external and internal factors, to gain success, anonline platform captures the attention of buyers, analyzing their behavior through dataprocessing algorithms in order to obtain business information needed for the company’sbusiness strategy. With Big Data and Data Mining, the profile of any consumer is projecteddirectly into the platform, thus communicating the necessary information to predict thebehavior in future platform visits.
