  • 摘要:Nickel zinc ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized from metal nitrates precursors viasolution auto combustion method, using heat treatment conditions. The crystallinenature of samples was analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM). Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) was used to study theinfluence of temperature and heating rate on magnetic properties of nickel zinc ferritenanoparticles. Samples were made at different temperature 400oC, 600oC, 800oC and1000oC with heating rate 10o/min. for 4 hours. Better results were found for sampleprepared at 1000oC. The crystallite size increases from 29.76 nm to 62.26 nm withincrease in temperature upto 1000oC with heating rate 10oC/min. Our resultsdemonstrate that magnetization of samples modified by enhancement in processingtemperature. Highest value of magnetization 72.49e.m.u./g was observed for sampleprepared at 1000oC. Effect of heating rate was also investigated. Sample prepared at10o/min. heating rate show better results as compared to sample made at 25oC/min.
