摘要：This paper aims at evaluating students' acceptance of universities’ contribution to their training and employment. Such contribution is achieved through communication and collaborating with the tourism and hospitality enterprises. A sample of 120 students in Tourism and Hospitality Management Programs in Jordanian universities filled a questionnaire that focused on aspects related to study plans, training and following up with graduates on their employment progress. A general low level of acceptance is indicated by results regarding courses content, training provided while pursuing the degree and coordinating with employment market. It is recommended that universities should give more priority to enhancing their programs' quality through more involvement of the industry in the design of curricula and students’ training, as well as facilitating the access of students to jobs.
